Section VII — Product

Each app began with a single thing I wanted fixed. Here is what it does, the calls I made along the way, and links to try them yourself.

Plans for people you host.

Travel · iPhone, iPad, and iPhone Duo

The problem

Whenever I host someone, there are so many places I’d love to take them that I get paralyzed by the options: which to choose, which day, what time, and how much time to leave for travel in between.

The idea

An app where I can have a go-to list of places I like to take guests. It plans out the days, takes weather and location into account, and creates beautiful sheets to share.

Where it stands

Built for iPhone, iPad, and iPhone Duo, with a choice of sheets to share with guests. On the App Store since October 15, 2026. With no promotion, it climbed to #108 in the Travel chart.

Noden · 02 One day, thirteen daylight hours: seven partly cloudy, three clear, two overcast, and one of rain. The rain is outnumbered, and the day is Partly cloudy. An example day, through Noden’s own rule
Noden

Forecasts, decided by daylight.

Weather · iPhone and iPhone Duo

The problem

Weather apps take the day’s headline from a summary built to be cautious, so one early shower files a sunny day under rain, and the high can come from an hour you slept through.

The idea

The headline forecast is decided by whatever the majority of the day will look like. The high and low temperatures are decided by the hours you actually spend outside, and every window is adjustable.

Where it stands

Live forecasts on iPhone and iPhone Duo, on the App Store since October 14, 2026.

Erre · 03 Four projects, one thing from each: the cards backed up, the peace lily watered, three courts scouted for a shoot, and a picnic by the lake. Photographs by Kyle Sheridan
Erre

Projects, not due dates.

Productivity · iPhone, iPad, and iPhone Duo

The problem

To-do apps organize around due dates. Most of what I track belongs to a project, like a shoot I’m editing or a certification I’m studying for, and has no date at all.

The idea

An extremely simple to-do app that is organized by projects. Each point can be easily added and checked off. No unnecessary features that keep you in the planning phase instead of the doing phase.

Where it stands

On the App Store since September 10, 2026, on iPhone Duo since version 1.2, and on iPad since version 1.3.
